I made up this recipe while experimenting on ingredients. I had some but I was missing some others. First, I wanted to make brownies but I realized I didn't have the brownie mix so I had to improvise. I found in ehow.com How To Make Brownies From a Cake Mix.
After I followed the instructions on the link above, my brownies turned out great! I had all what I needed. I wanted to make cream cheese brownies but I had an idea: To put the cream cheese on top of the cool brownies and on top of that put melted white chocolate mixed with crashed oreo's ... mmmmmh!!
When everything was cool, the chocolate made the top be kinda hard.... like that crunchy chocolate that they put on ice cream☻

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. 10X sugar 2 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract Whip all ingredients together.NOTE: May add some ginger to it or sprinkle on top. Use as dip or can be spooned over bowl of fruit. | |
